Do the products transfer onto clothing?                                                                   Like many other highly pigmented products, our products can transfer onto clothing. This can be minimised using a setting spray.


Can I return my order?
We have a strict no refund policy. However, exchange is possible should you receive the wrong product.

How do I order?
All orders can be made through this website only.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Estimated 3-7 working days for UK orders, 5-14 days for international.

Are there other shipping options?                                                                                 If you have a preferred shipping preference please get in touch with our team and we will try our best to meet your needs.


I need my order asap, is this possible?
Please get in contact and order before 8pm for this to be valid.  We will then contact you if there is an extra fee

What do I do if the product I want is sold out?
We restock our products on a frequent basis so keep checking the website. There will also be restock updates on our instagram page @asanteluxeglow.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you country isn't listed when you get to check out please contact us.


My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the item, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Can I amend my order?
We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “Confirm & Pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

Why has my order been cancelled?
Our items sell out quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore please let us know so we can leave a not it be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour at your request. 

If your order is missed and returned to sender we will not cover the delivery cost to have it re posted.


Will I be charged customs and import duties?
The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the item. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier will return the items to ALG.
If this happens, ALG may may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

We do not take responsibility for shipping costs, if your item is returned to us we will be in contact regarding shipping fee to get your item back to you


Do you accept student discount?
Unfortunately we do not offer student discount.
